SAMT-INS
Drone Inspection & Enterprise
From flight to technical evidence that can be reviewed.
A flexible customized specialist program built around an Inspection Core followed by one or more inspection tracks, with modules and field application defined by the actual need.
- Level
- Specialist / Customized
- Delivery
- Theory and field delivery by track and scope
- Duration
- Defined by selected tracks/modules, trainee count and practical scope
01
What does the program cover?
- 01Inspection Core: objective, scope, risk and evidence/sensor selection.
- 02Evidence quality, repeatability and traceability to asset and location.
- 03QA/QC, findings organization and reviewable reporting outputs.
- 04Oil, Gas & Industrial Utilities: external and confined-space inspection where conditions support it.
- 05Technical VT / UT / IR modules according to scope, equipment and training plan.
- 06OHTL / Power-Line: towers, spans, components and evidence workflow.
- 07RGB / Zoom, thermal, UV/corona and LiDAR according to track and equipment.
- 08LiDAR for sag profile, Right-of-Way, obstacles and clearances when requirements are confirmed.
02
Who is it for?
- Inspection, asset and maintenance teams building drone-enabled evidence workflows.
- Organizations needing customized oil/gas/industrial-utility or overhead-line training.
- Specialists connecting sensing, documentation and QA/QC into a traceable process.
03
Field application is scoped by track
There is no universal field-duration package. Site, equipment, safety, access, trainee count and organization objectives determine the final plan.
- External or confined-space inspection where operating and safety conditions support it.
- Hands-on VT / UT / IR only with suitable equipment, access and supervision.
- UV/corona and LiDAR OHTL application only with confirmed equipment, conditions and scope.
- Evidence, coverage and traceability review plus an inspection output suitable for the training scenario.
04
Expected outcome
A more structured capability to plan, execute and document inspection missions and collect reviewable, traceable evidence within the agreed tracks and modules.
Program and certificate boundaries
- SAMT-INS is not a fixed 5-day / 30-hour course.
- It does not provide NDT Level I / Level II, ASNT or third-party certification.
- Training imagery, data or measurements do not automatically constitute a definitive engineering diagnosis.
- Any certificate is an internal completion certificate for the delivered SAMT tracks/modules.
