Depending on the form, we may collect your name, mobile number, email, city or project location, organization name, service or project details, join-request information, inquiry subject and message, and additional information you choose to provide.
We collect this information directly from you when you use the forms. We use it to receive a request or inquiry, understand the need, create a reference ID after successful registration, route the request to the relevant team and contact you about follow-up or the requested service.
The stated legal basis for processing website-form data is the consent you provide electronically when submitting a form after this notice and the processing purpose have been made available to you. The current website forms are not designed to request sensitive personal data. If an additional purpose requires separate consent - such as direct marketing - your information is not used for that purpose without separate consent. You may withdraw consent through services@samtuav.com, without affecting processing that was already lawful under applicable requirements.
Access within SAMT is limited to people who need the information for the stated purpose. Website operations also use technical service providers, including Google for the form-transaction ledger and Resend for acknowledgement and notification emails. This does not mean your information is sold or made available for independent marketing.
The website currently does not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies and does not run Google Analytics or similar tracking tools. Browser local storage is used only to remember the light/dark theme preference; this preference is not used to identify the user or track behavior. If tracking or analytics technologies that collect personal data or identifiers are introduced later, this notice and the consent mechanism will be reviewed before they are enabled.
Some technical services used to operate the website may rely on infrastructure or processing outside Saudi Arabia. Any transfer or disclosure outside the Kingdom is subject to applicable legal requirements, and provider arrangements are reviewed as part of SAMT data governance.
